And, in an odd sort of way, it makes MY job more interesting to see OTHER people so interested in my job. Let ME thank YOU, for making my job even more fun than it already was, for being there for me when things aren’t going so great in the world that is human spaceflight, and for allowing me to realize, after so long of thinking just the opposite, that there are those of you out there who do care about what we do just as passionately as I do.
With this last launch, I had gained some more followers that are what I would call "space enthusiasts." This was a really good thing because it forced me to look at my job from the perspective of other people who would give anything to be in my position.
